The Managing Director of Dale Carnegie Training Norway is at all times responsible for internal control and the correct processing of personal data.

Purpose of collecting personal data

The purpose of collecting personal data is to offer our customers the best possible service. We will therefore only store and use information that is relevant to providing our services, and we will delete data when it is no longer appropriate to keep it.

Where the data comes from

We only store personal data that our customers give us themselves, by:

Customers and others whose personal data is held by Dale Carnegie can at any time request access to this data, request changes, or request that it be deleted. Upon such a request, we are obliged to hand over or delete all the data within 30 days, provided the data is not necessary to carry out an ongoing or upcoming service.
