About the leadership development process

- StepWe begin with a one-on-one onboarding conversation to understand your goals and challenges, ensuring the program is tailored to your needs and the needs of your organization.
- StepYou take part in a kickoff workshop, receive Dale Carnegie's books, and gain access to our digital learning platform, giving you everything you need for a strong start.
- StepOver eight weeks you participate in eight four-hour sessions focused on real challenges from your everyday work. You will receive coaching, ongoing feedback, and a mid-program review to help you stay on track.
- StepAfter completing the program, you take part in a results meeting and a continuity workshop designed to help you turn new skills into lasting leadership habits.
